Dear Sir or Madam

We have been working on planned updates since the last release though, some are not yet ready and have been delayed.
We tried to implement other components first, but their interdependencies made it difficult to separate incomplete work. This forced us to postpone the entire update until all tasks are done.
The remaining works should finish soon. We expect to update our website this week.
